Inner City Community Development Corporation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization based in Maryland, dedicated to supporting the Baltimore community through various initiatives such as special events, food drives, job fairs, healthcare services, and housing assistance, funded by grants and donations.

Reverend Eugene B. Holmes Jr.
Reverend Eugene B. Holmes Jr. is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of the Inner City Faith Community Development Corporation. Reverend Holmes has dedicated his life to serving and uplifting those in need. Born and raised in Baltimore’s inner city, Reverend Holmes has a deep understanding and appreciation for the struggles faced by individuals and families in the community.
His passion for helping others and empowering his community led him to establish the Inner City Faith Community Development Corporation, which offers numerous resources and opportunities for those in need. With unwavering dedication and strong faith, Reverend Holmes continues to lead and inspire his community toward a brighter future. His personal statement reflects his commitment, stating, “As long as there is a need in my community, I will continue to serve and advocate for those who are overlooked and marginalized. Together, we can create a community of faith, hope, and opportunity for all.”
